Lytham Hall HEIR hair donation

Proud Partnership!

So far in 2021 almost 100% of the hair waste which has been produced at HEIR has been donated to local growers!

(the other very small per cent has been donated to The Little Princess' Trust)

Last week saw a mammoth delivery to Lytham Hall!

The box full was mixed with the manure from the animals in the Lytham Hall Animal Hub, to decompose and make some amazing nitrogen rich soil!

Did you know that this is used to grow fruits and vegetables which is used in the kitchen at Lytham Hall?

Using our hair cutting waste to benefit the community!
