I’m a passionate curl hair specialist with over 10 years of experience, and I’m thrilled to be recognised as the Stylist of the Year and Texture Stylist of the Year at The Salon Awards. Curly hair holds a special place in my heart, and I’m dedicated to making every curl look and feel its best. Whether it’s a curly cut that enhances natural texture or a tailored grey hair blending service, I take great pride in creating beautiful, healthy hair that’s both stylish and manageable.
As an educator for Yellow Professional, I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge with others in the industry, helping to inspire and refine the techniques that I’ve mastered over the years. My approach is all about creating a nurturing, empowering experience for each client—whether you’re embracing your natural curls, blending your grey with confidence, or simply looking for a change. Hey there! I’m Charlotte and I’m thrilled to be a Principal Stylist here at HEIR Salon, where I bring over a decade of experience, tons of passion, and an absolute love for what I do! Hairdressing isn’t just my job – it’s my happy place, where every day is filled with creativity and joy. My favourite part? Seeing my clients leave looking and feeling like superstars! I’m all about creating those genuine connections, really getting to know what you want, and making sure you feel welcome and valued every time you’re here.
And guess what? I’m also the proud winner of the Colourist of the Year award at The Salon Awards, which is such an honour! On top of that, I’m the Salon Educator for our fabulous junior team. I lead weekly training sessions, guiding our rising stars through their apprenticeships and sharing everything I know to help them become confident, talented pros.

Ella is a bright and enthusiastic rising star currently pursuing her Level 2 apprenticeship at HEIR Salon. With a natural flair for hairdressing and a genuine love for the craft, she’s quickly making her mark. Ella takes pride in looking after our Blowdry Club members, ensuring they leave with perfectly styled, stunning hair every time.
Her warm personality and dedication to delivering top-notch service have quickly won over clients and colleagues alike. Hi, I’m Victoria, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the HEIR Salon family. With eight years of experience as the Salon Manager, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating closely with our Salon Owners, Natasha and Natalie, to ensure smooth daily operations and to nurture the development of new talent.
What I love most about my role is contributing to our award-winning digital journey and developing our exclusive HEIR Memberships. I’m constantly brainstorming creative ways to keep our clients engaged and excited.
Working alongside a team of talented creatives is incredibly inspiring. I am passionate about raising the next generation of stylists in the hairdressing industry, guiding them as they hone their skills and grow into exceptional professionals.
As the first point of contact for our valued clients, I take pride in warmly greeting each guest, addressing their inquiries, and capturing memorable photos of their stunning hairstyles.
