Maintenance membership

Terms and Conditions 

Membership Overview:

  • The Maintenance Membership is customised for each individual, offering specialised hair maintenance services, including cuts and colour services.

  • This membership facilitates scheduling appointments throughout the year, with the added benefit of priority booking.

Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices are fixed upon joining and remain unchanged until December 2024.

  • The membership is for 12 months, starting from the date of the first appointment.

  • Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.

  • In case of a failed payment, we will contact the member to arrange alternative payment or discuss membership cancellation.

Scheduling and Appointment Management:

  • Priority is given to members for scheduling appointments. However, availability can vary.

  • If a preferred stylist is unavailable, another stylist with equivalent skills will manage the appointments.

  • Advance Booking Recommendation: We strongly recommend members book all their appointments for 2024 as soon as possible to ensure availability and convenience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Members can cancel their membership at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, a pro-rata refund based on the unused membership will be calculated.

  • Subsequent payments will cease following cancellation, with the refund processed if applicable.

Membership Renewal:

  • Members will receive renewal notifications before their membership expires.

  • Renewal may be subject to changes in pricing or services.

Miscellaneous:

  • HEIR Salon reserves the right to modify terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to members.

  • The Maintenance Membership is non-transferable and for the registered member only.
