Terms and Conditions

The HEIR Salon Blow Dry membership is a subscription service that entitles the member to unlimited blow dry appointments, subject to availability.

Membership Options and Prices:

  • Unlimited Junior 30-minute blow dry appointments: £60 per month.

  • Unlimited Junior 45+ minute blow dry appointments: £90 per month.

  • Unlimited Senior 30-minute blow dry appointments: £125 per month.

  • Unlimited Senior 45+ minute blow dry appointments: £160 per month.

Payment Terms:

The membership fee will be deducted every month from the start of the membership from the member's nominated payment method.

Service Providers:

The service provider is not guaranteed, and appointments may be assigned to alternative team members. HEIR Salon will make every effort to ensure that the member's preferences are met but cannot guarantee the availability of specific service providers. We will guarantee the correct level of service provider.

Membership Terms:

  • The membership is valid for the member only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by giving one month's written notice via email to HEIR Salon.

  • HEIR Salon reserves the right to cancel or amend the membership terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to the member.

  • Any unused appointments do not carry over to the following month, and the membership fee is non-refundable.

  • The member agrees to follow HEIR Salon's policies and procedures and to treat HEIR Salon team with respect.

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and HEIR Salon and supersede any previous agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

Upgrading and Downgrading:

Members who wish to upgrade their membership to include 45-minute appointments can do so by notifying HEIR Salon and paying the increased membership fee. Downgrading to the 30-minute membership will require one month's written notice via email to HEIR Salon.

Longer  Blow Dry Appointment Options:

If a member has chosen the Unlimited 30-minute Appointment Blow Dry membership but requires a longer appointment, HEIR Salon provides two options to accommodate their needs:

  • Pay a surcharge on the day of the appointment: If a member requires a longer blow dry appointment beyond the 30-minute limit, they have the option to pay a surcharge for the additional time directly at the salon on the day of their appointment. The surcharge amount will be communicated to them by our staff.

OR

  • Upgrade to the Unlimited 45-minute Appointment Blow Dry membership: Alternatively, a member may choose to upgrade their membership to the Unlimited 45-minute Appointment Blow Dry membership. This upgraded membership allows for longer appointment durations and can be arranged by contacting our salon staff. Please note that the upgraded membership will come with the corresponding adjusted monthly fee of £160.

Please note that the specific surcharge amount for longer appointments can be determined by the salon based on their pricing policies.

If a 30-minute blow dry membership is bought in error, the team will explain and offer an upgrade to suit the needs of the individual.

Other services. 

The HEIR Salon Blow Dry Club membership is specifically designed to provide unlimited blow dry appointments and cannot be used for a cut and finish appointment. Should a member require a haircut, this service will be considered separate and a payment will be required as per our standard pricing.

However, members are welcome to use a blow dry appointment from their membership following a colour or treatment service. 

Appointment Notification and No-Show Policy:

At HEIR Salon, we take great pride in delivering exceptional service to all our members. Your appointments are crucial to the smooth operation of our business, and your punctuality ensures that we can serve you and our other valued clients efficiently.

We kindly request that if, for any reason, you are unable to make your scheduled membership appointment, you inform the salon in advance. This advance notice allows us to maintain an organised and efficient appointment diary, ensuring that we can accommodate the needs of all our members.

Continued failure to provide advance notice of appointment changes or no-shows can be detrimental to the running of our business and may impact the availability of appointments for other members. Therefore, we reserve the right to terminate a membership in cases of repeated no-shows or appointment cancellations without notice.

These updated Terms and Conditions are in effect from October 1, 2023, and supersede any previous versions.
