At HEIR we are very proud to train the next generation of hairdressing talent.

We choose a hybrid approach to learning which ensures our team get the very best training in both practical and theory.

In partnership with Cheynes Training, our trainees are educated, supported, assessed and developed to the very highest standards.

This means we are regularly looking for models!

What do we mean by models?

Quite simply, we are looking for people to have their hair done during a training or assessment session.

This will provide the learners with real life scenarios and much better than dealing with only mannequins.

A hair model is a vital part of the education process. All apprentices need the hands-on training to become future stars and talent. As a hair model you can expect a brilliant haircut or colour service that is fully supervised for a fraction of the cost of regular services. 

What if it goes wrong?

All training is delivered and overseen by very experienced educators who will guide the learner through the practical session. Each session is fully supervised for maximum learning and efficiency

How do you become a model?

Complete the enquiry form and we will assess your suitability, based on what our apprentice’s current learning needs are. You must be 16 or over for colour and you will also be required to have a skin test in line with current health and safety regulations.

Please note that training takes place on a Monday at Salon Glow In Blackpool with Cheynes Training and on a Wednesday at HEIR Salon in Lytham.
