Cancellations and Rescheduling
We recommend that you pre-book your appointment so the correct time, level of stylist, and product are reserved especially for you.
Our salon policies and structures are designed to keep us organised and ensure we provide every client with the high-quality service they expect.
We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, and rescheduling, adjusting, or cancelling an appointment becomes necessary.
However, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any amendments, reschedules, or cancellations. This notice period allows us the best chance of filling your reserved slot.
If changes are made within 48 hours of the appointment and we are unable to fill the vacated slot, a late cancellation charge may apply.
Reminder
We send a text message reminder to all customers 72 hours prior to their appointment.
This message gives customers the opportunity to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. Please note that cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a charge if the appointment cannot be filled.
Cancellation Charges
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will make every effort to fill the slot with another full-paying client.
If we are unable to fill the slot, a late cancellation fee will be applied to cover the loss of the appointment.
We only charge a cancellation fee that is fair and reflects the cost of the missed appointment. We can provide a detailed breakdown of any charge if required.
How to Pay a Late Cancellation Fee:
A payment link will be sent to you for online payment.
Alternatively, the card stored on file will be charged.
Deposits
We do not require deposits for bookings. Instead, we kindly request card details to be stored securely on file. This helps remove the need for upfront payments.
Cancellation fees will only be charged in line with our cancellation policy.
If a cancellation occurs, we will make every effort to fill the appointment slot. If successful, no cancellation charge will apply. If we cannot fill the slot, the card on file will be charged to cover the cost of the missed appointment.
HEIR Extensions
Following a complimentary consultation, we will provide a quote for the cost of hair and products, as well as a separate quote for fitting.
The cost of hair and products is payable upfront and is non-refundable, as once ordered, it cannot be returned.
Fitting costs are payable on the day of the appointment.
Appointments require a card on file to secure the booking.
HEIR Weddings
Wedding hair appointments are booked following a complimentary consultation.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your wedding Heir Artist at the time of booking.
Full payment is required two weeks prior to your event. At this point, you will receive a final quote and a wedding timesheet.
Wedding Deposit Refunds:
Up to 1 month before your wedding date: 100% refund or carried over to a new booking.
Between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to your wedding date: 50% refund or carried over to a new booking.
Within 2 weeks of your wedding date: No refund.
