HEIR Expert & Educator: 22 years
From a toddler I knew I wanted to be a hairdresser, I knew I wanted to own my own salon and I knew that I wanted to do that with my sister, Natasha.
20+ years down the line and an abundance of industry experience, contacts and qualifications, I still have the passion and drive that I had all of those years ago. I love the challenges and scalability of the industry.
Being a hairdresser, a business owner, an educator: I am in the position to constantly adapt to the changing needs of our clients, team, salon and students.
I have had the pleasure of working alongside some amazing hairdressers and the privilege of being influenced by some industry legends. Being in a situation where I can now pass on my legacy of skills and knowledge is an honour.

HEIR Business Director & Educator: 10+ years
For me the best part of my job, hands down, is supporting passionate and focussed employees to achieve their goals. I have helped to mentor some incredible hairdressers and I love watching people grow, learn and achieve.
Before owning a salon I have had the privilege of having various different roles in businesses and companies in the UK and abroad. I have had lots of customer service, customer journey, and business management training including formal qualifications, to me though, knowledge and skills can be taught to anyone, it’s the attitude and attention that is needed to be successful.
My role in Heir Salon and Education is split between developing and mentoring the team, developing and running the business and maintaining excellent customer care.
Working with my sister on a brand that we have realised and built together is the ultimate accolade, and I am very excited to take the company to the next chapter.
